Country House Holidays - The Chauffer’s Apartment

The Chauffer's Apartment occupies part of Aultnagar Lodge, a Grade B listed mansion built as a private retreat in the early 1900s. This single-bedroom studio sits on the first floor of the estate, set within 22 acres of grounds near Lairg in the Scottish Highlands. The entire property is yours alone, with parking for one car on site.

Everything is arranged as one open-plan space: living and dining areas with a Smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The grounds have a sitting area with garden furniture, shared with other holiday lets across the estate. No smoking inside.

Lairg sits in country known for fishing on Loch Shin, hillwalking on Ben Klibreck and Ben Hope, and in August, the Lairg Crofters' Show. Royal Dornoch golf course is within reach for a day trip. Check in is after 16:00; you leave by 10:00.
