Loch Ewe's western shore, near Cove Harbour, is where this detached cottage stands on a working croft. The setting is remote Highland landscape—open water, moorland views, and the kind of quiet that makes you actually hear yourself think. The North Coast 500 passes nearby for those who want to venture out; plenty stay put instead.
All accommodation is on the ground floor: a living room with a wood-burning fire and large window onto the loch, a kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher, and a utility room useful for outdoor kit. Three bedrooms sleep five—a king, a double, and a single—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; initial logs for the fire are too. The garden has seating and furniture; parking for two cars is on site. One dog is welcome, though this is a working farm and yours will need to stay on a lead.
You arrive after 5pm and leave by 9am. The loch lies 300 yards away. No smoking inside.
