Dalcharn

Dalcharn comes with everything needed for a week away sorted: electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with wifi and on-site parking for two vehicles. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so self-catering is straightforward. Two living rooms mean the household can spread out—one has an electric woodburner and views towards the coast, the other a TV for films or console games.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double, and two singles. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over. An enclosed garden is useful if you're bringing a dog along, though the property sits on a hillside near Bettyhill on the north coast, with beaches and open moorland within easy reach. The area is quiet and rural—good for walking, fishing or simply slowing down for a few days. One dog stays free.

No smoking indoors. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
