Grant Crescent

Grant Crescent opens directly into a generous ground-floor living space where the kitchen, dining area and lounge flow together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics—while French doors lead from the dining section into an enclosed garden. There's a utility room with washer and dryer, and a separate toilet on this floor too. Upstairs, three bedrooms serve different needs: one with a king bed and its own shower room, one with a zip-and-link super king (which can split into two singles), and a third with twin single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included.

The house sits in a quiet part of Dornoch, close enough to walk into the town centre where restaurants and shops are within reach. The Royal Dornoch Golf Course is less than five minutes away by car, and the beach about the same distance. Beyond these, the wider Highland coast and the NC500 route are accessible for longer trips. One dog stays free. The garden, laid to lawn with a patio area, has a barbecue and furniture; a large shed stores golf bags and bicycles. There is parking for two cars on site. Smoking is not permitted.
