Iseabail's House comes fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher, making it straightforward to cook for a group. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial fuel for the open fire. You get the whole cottage to yourself: three bedrooms (one single, two doubles), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a utility room with washing machine. Downstairs there's also a sitting room with a 40-inch Smart TV and fireplace, a separate dining room, and a hallway designed for coats and boots. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture provides a private space, with parking for two cars.
The cottage sits in Balintore, a working fishing village at the heart of the Seaboard Villages. Sandy Shandwick beach is a two-minute walk away; longer coastal paths start from the village itself. Balintore has a shop, café, pub, post office and pharmacy. This location suits families wanting daily beach access and anyone with an energetic dog—one pet stays free. The village was built around an 1890s harbour and retains its character as a small, tight-knit community. No smoking is permitted indoors.
