This single-storey stone cottage sits in Balintore, a quiet village on the Highland coast where fishing harbours and sandy beaches are within walking distance. The property is entirely on the ground floor, with a living and dining room warmed by an electric woodburner, a kitchen at the rear with a full range of appliances, two bedrooms (one kingsize, one single), and a bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; there is an enclosed garden with seating areas and parking for one car on site.

The cottage suits couples, families and small groups—one pet stays free. The surrounding coastline is unspoilt, with the bay regularly visited by dolphins and porpoises. A village store, post office and pub are within easy reach. The garden has three steps, and the entrance to the cottage has one step. No smoking is permitted inside.
