Aviemore sits at the foot of the Cairngorms with year-round appeal: ski season in winter, mountain biking and hiking trails in summer, and a village centre ten minutes' walk away. Munro View occupies a quiet corner of the Silverglades development at Dalnabay, a single-storey semi with direct access to the garden and mountain views.

The layout puts everything on ground level. There's a living and dining space with a sofa bed (double), a master bedroom with its own shower room, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking – electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer – and opens directly onto the enclosed garden, which has a BBQ. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

One pet is welcome, and the owners provide a welcome pack to make them comfortable. You'll find good walking routes from the property itself, and the village has plenty of dog-friendly pubs and restaurants. The garden is fenced, and private parking accommodates two cars. No smoking inside.
