Oakwood Glamping Pods - Capercaillie Glamping Pod

The Cairngorms have excellent walking and cycling on their doorstep, with Rothiemurchus Estate offering everything from gentle woodland trails to more demanding routes where you might spot red squirrels and deer. Aviemore village is close by for cafés and shops. This single pod at Oakwood sits on its own ground, giving you privacy and space to yourself.

Inside is one bedroom with bunk beds (a double on the bottom, double above), a shower room, and a compact kitchen with hob and microwave for basic cooking. A dining table folds down when needed. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. The pod opens onto decking with seating and storage for bikes or kit. One dog stays free and can come with you, though it needs to be kept on a lead. Smoking is not permitted. There is parking for one car on site.

This works well for couples, small families or anyone wanting a comfortable Highland base without the complexity of a larger rental. The pod sleeps three people maximum.
