On The Beach

Families and larger groups after a genuine beach holiday will find what they need in On The Beach, a modern detached house standing on the seafront at Balintore. The property is yours alone, sleeping eight across four bedrooms—two with king beds and ensuite showers, two with single beds (one with its own ensuite, the other sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower). The main living room occupies the first floor with a balcony overlooking the sand and sea; downstairs has a separate dining room and a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, and everything else required to prepare proper meals. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included in the rent.

The fishing villages of Balintore and Shandwick remain relatively quiet, with a local shop, pub, café and restaurant within walking distance. Dolphins, seals and porpoises appear regularly offshore, and the NC500 route is five miles away for those wanting to explore further. The property has parking for three cars, an enclosed garden with seating, and welcomes one pet. No smoking indoors.
