The setting is remote enough to feel like a proper Highland escape, yet Gairloch is only 20 minutes away by car for supplies and restaurants. Otterburn 1 is semi-detached, meaning the whole property is yours alone—no shared facilities or neighbours on one side.

Downstairs, an open-plan living space runs the length of the ground floor, with a sitting area by the electric fire, dining space and a properly equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine). A conservatory extends the views. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double, one with two singles. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all provided; there's parking for two cars on site. An enclosed, lawned garden with seating looks out across the water.
