Gairloch sits on Scotland's west coast with a working harbour, beaches stretching in both directions, and mountains inland—everything from kayaking and canoeing to hillwalking and beach exploration is on the doorstep. The village itself has shops, a supermarket, restaurants and a golf course. Hebridean Views – Sunny Hill stands on its own hillside plot just five miles away, positioned to catch those views across the sea that make the Outer Hebrides and Isle of Skye feel within reach.
The cottage is single-storey, built as a traditional croft, with all three bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. You get a king bed, a double, and a single with a pull-out single in the third room, sleeping six. The kitchen is properly equipped—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave—and opens to a utility room with freezer and washer-dryer. The living and dining space has windows on three sides framing those sea views. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; there's a garden with seating area and parking for three cars. One dog is welcome.
Access is via a private rough track leading to a lighthouse; it's single-track with passing places but a dead end. The beach sits just 170 yards below the property. No smoking inside.

Sunny Hill is a generous holiday home with great facilities. The living/dining room is very spacious with cosy sofas and a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There are fantastic views of the sea and the Isle of Skye from almost every room. Sunny Hill is in a very quiet location, a place to relax; it is an ideal starting point for walks and excursions in the surrounding area. The owners are very friendly and always helpful. We can only recommend Sunny Hill!

Just concluded a weeks family holiday at Sunny Hill. The house was spotlessly clean, fantastically well equipped and located in a quiet rural location. Could not recommend highly enough. The facilities at Gairloch provided everything that we needed. We would recommend the Cafe at Big Sand campsite for a cooked breakfast, the Chip Shop and Butchers half way between the house and Gairloch to be excellent for Fish Suppers and local produce (meat, game, fish and fresh) respectively. I'd you get the weather (as we were lucky too) make sure to explore the regions beaches.
