Ptarmigan

Ptarmigan is a detached bungalow within a quiet development at Dalnabay, a short walk from Aviemore village. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on one floor for easy access: a living and dining room with sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms—one double with ensuite shower, one twin—and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The enclosed garden has a barbecue and parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay here. Aviemore itself sits within reach of the Cairngorms, making this a practical base whether you're exploring the mountains, the village amenities, or just taking time away. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00. The property does not permit smoking.
