Woodlands Rest is a single-storey cottage built for accessibility and comfort, with all three bedrooms and the main living spaces on one level. The property sleeps five: a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower, two singles sharing an ensuite with toilet only, and a further single room. A separate toilet off the kitchen adds practical convenience. The living area combines lounge and kitchen-dining in an open plan that lets you cook while staying part of group conversation.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, there is garden furniture on a sitting-out area, and parking for one car on site. The cottage draws water from a private well. No smoking inside.
