Rosscot

Rosscot works well for families or small groups wanting a quiet Highland base with coastal access. The cottage has three bedrooms sleeping six: one double on the ground floor and two rooms with single beds upstairs. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes a dishwasher and washing machine, while a woodburner in the living room provides warmth on cooler evenings.

A large enclosed garden with seating and furniture gives children and dogs room to play safely. One dog stays free. Parking on site fits three cars. The cottage is set in rural countryside with views across open land towards Nigg Bay and the Cromarty Firth. Shops are 4½ miles away and pubs 3 miles; Inverness is about 45 minutes' drive. The RSPB Reserve, beaches facing south, west and east, fishing, golf and several castles are all within reach for day trips. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with fuel for the woodburner. The garden has steps and sloping banks.
