Stroma

Stroma is a three-bedroom bungalow on a single storey, set on an island in Highland with views across the water. The property sleeps six and comes with a private garden, patio and sitting area; there's parking for two cars and space to store bikes. One dog can stay free of charge.

Inside, the main bedroom has a king bed and its own shower room; the second bedroom is a double; the third contains two singles. A second bathroom serves the rest of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. The lounge has a wood-burning stove—fuel for the first fire is included—and opens through patio doors to a sun room. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered in the rental. The property does not allow smoking.

This is a quiet location, though Tain and Dornoch are within reach by car, offering distillery visits, shops, beaches and a golf course. The garden includes an unfenced pond, which guests should be aware of.
