The Dalmore Pod

The Dalmore Pod is a contemporary timber-lined retreat positioned at the gateway to the North Coast 500, in the quiet town of Alness. Ground floor throughout, it contains a compact open-plan living space with a kitchenette, dining area and Smart TV, a double bedroom, and a spacious shower room. The spa bath for two sits on a private decking area with garden furniture, where you can settle in after exploring the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen handles everyday cooking with an electric hob, microwave and fridge. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with electricity. Parking for one car is on site. The location sits close to distilleries at Dalmore and Teanninich, an 18-hole golf course within a mile, and woodland walks including the trail up to Fyrish Monument with views across Cromarty Firth. Alness has pubs, cafes and restaurants within easy reach, or Inverness—now a city with Loch Ness cruises, bowling and family attractions—is a twenty-five-minute drive south. The property is no-smoking throughout.
