This detached house occupies riverside ground with a pond-dotted garden, backing onto flowing water. The whole property is yours alone—five bedrooms across two floors, five bathrooms, and space for nine people, with one small dog welcome at no extra cost. Parking is available for four cars.

Three bedrooms have their own en-suite showers; the remaining two share a family bathroom and separate shower room. Ground floor rooms include a living room with wood burner and smart TV, a dining room, and a conservatory. The kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher and full-size fridge; laundry facilities are in the utility room. Heating comes from solar panels and a ground source heat pump; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the stove. A decked area and garden furniture overlook the grounds, and there are cots, high chairs and stairgates if needed.
