The Osprey is a semi-detached property built at ground level, making it straightforward to get around. There are two proper bedrooms—one with a double bed and ensuite shower, the other with two single beds—plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping five in total. A family bathroom with bath and shower completes the facilities. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Everything is on one floor.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near Kingussie, at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains, the property sits within easy reach of Aviemore village. An enclosed garden with barbecue opens from the back door, and there is private parking for two cars. One dog or cat is welcome, and the owners provide a pet pack to help them settle in. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wifi are included. The property does not permit smoking.

Stayed at the Wildcat Lodge. Was amazing! Had EVERYTHING you need and more. Loved the sauna outside in the quiet secluded area overlooking the mountains. The house had everything you need, hairdryer, tea, coffee, sugar, a welcome hamper, some pharmacy items you could use and replace incase you forgot to pack with you. And I enjoy my histoical visit to the barracks. Would definitely come back here to stay! Great for all the family getting together ❤️

I cooked here few times for Private clients for different occasions . Always I found happy clients and the Lodge is always very well kept , clean and comfortable . you can book this location with confidence . I see lots of houses , castles and lodges , so this is one that I can recommend too

The spacious accommodation easily fit our group, with 4 comfortable bedrooms and a living space that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and we loved having the option to dine both indoors and outdoors. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—ideal for privacy and spending time outdoors. The hot tub was an absolute treat, especially after long days of sightseeing. The lodge is located in a fantastic spot, with amenities nearby and easy access to key spots for touring the Highlands. Osprey Lodge truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the stunning Highlands, this property is a must-visit!
