Churchfield Stables

Churchfield Stables began life as farm buildings and has been converted into a compact holiday home on the edge of the South Downs National Park. The property occupies two floors but keeps everything essential at ground level: an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room flows into a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a kingsize bed looks out over the working farm and surrounding countryside.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and dishwasher for cooking from the property. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use (shared with other properties on the site). Outside, a courtyard with seating overlooks the farm yard, and there is on-site parking for one car and a bike store.

West Chiltington village is within walking distance, and the location gives access to Arundel, Petworth and the Sussex coast. The property is not suitable for children, and smoking is not permitted inside.
