We recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel as part of a family celebration and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had seven rooms booked, and the hotel went out of their way to place us all together on the same floor. It made such a difference to our stay and was really appreciated, especially with a larger group. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. The following morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. There was a great selection of hot and cold food, everything was fresh, and the staff kept it constantly topped up so there was always plenty available. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, friendly and polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they all helped make our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. A huge thank you to everyone at the Mercure Hotel for your fantastic hospitality. We had a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfortable accommodation and an excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again!

Stayed for 4 nights travelling with my wife and dog visiting family in Hull. The hotel is in a great location with good facilities. Check in was quick and friendly including welcome water for guests and dogs which was a nice touch on a hot day. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, well cooked and tasty. Louise and Nicky served us and were very friendly. Great value too. Good bar, plenty of choice with large screen TV and pool table. We were served by Rob who was an excellent host. The hotel restaurant was really good, large choice of menu to suit all tastes at good prices. Joe served us tonight, although new to the team he was brilliant. Really friendly, excellent recommendations from the menu. Korean rice with chicken was a hit ! Hotel garden was loved by the dog providing a decent space to exercise him. We had a couple of minor niggles with housekeeping during our stay which were escalated to the team and dealt with by Lucy who was excellent in resolving.

It feels relaxed all around. An amazing pool and cozy rooms made it a great city escape to relax and enjoy yourself. Have to thank Louise for the service at dinner time, she was funny and a great laugh couldn’t fault anything. Food was lovely. I would most certainly return here again soon

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel for my daughter's wedding...the staff were friendly, professional in delivering the wedding and nothing was too much trouble even when we had a disaster with the wedding cake..made the day! Totally recommend a wedding at this hotel and Rachel & Lauren were fantastic in their planning and coordinating the day! Thankyou to you all for making such a special day be so amazing in every way!!!
