Ty Copr - The Snug

Ty Copr - The Snug is a single-storey cottage in Penysarn, a small village on the Isle of Anglesey designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property sits within a small complex of three apartments, accessed behind a local shop specialising in produce, gifts, beer and spirits. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with TV and DVD player, a kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; heating is electric, charged by meter card with an initial £5 daily allowance. An enclosed garden and patio overlook a shared courtyard.

The village has a shop and post office within fifty yards. Amlwch, a port town with a harbour, supermarket and pubs, is a few minutes' drive away. The Anglesey coast lies two miles off, offering sandy beaches and coastal walks; birdwatching, fishing and seal-spotting are possible from the shoreline. Boat trips for fishing and puffin-watching can be arranged locally. Snowdonia National Park is accessible for a day trip. The cottage suits two adults; children and babies cannot be accommodated. No smoking is permitted.
