What a place, Very neat, quiet, beautiful views…… ships galore and private planes occasional from the nearby airport. We booked this place as we wanted a holiday with a sea view, we weren’t disappointed, the caravan was front row…. E7 Not that it matters as all the caravans have great views. The park is mainly privately owned caravans with some letting privately, I assume via social media….. the park its self has around 20 caravan’s you can book through Sandhills. They were so helpful, also you can get a ferry discount booking through them. The caravan we had was very well kept, everything worked and nothing fell off, it was clean and equipped for 6. We had a 3 bed (due to no 2 beds available but difference in price was negligible) that can sleep 8 via a sofa bed. I personally think This is ok for 2 adults and 4 kids, the twin rooms the beds are small, adults can use but would be compact and bijou. The 2 bed has a bigger master bed room but can also sleep 6. They only provide bedding/oven gloves and bath mat oh and bin bags for all the bins. The park is very well kept, the caravans are well spaced with parking next to it, they have a shop on site that keeps essential, a clean laundrette with well priced machines, a private beach which is a walk not for the fainted hearted down a steep slope, at the bottom land slip has made beach access a little difficult. Next to this park is another caravan which you can access very easily there bar/ restaurant, it’s ok but expensive. The two nearest pubs the food is amazing both a short drive or nice walk, Culver pub is up hill from the park. There is also a bus stop just by the entrance to Ryde or New port. We took our E bikes and there’s a lot of great places within range. The staff are all amazing and are fully committed to keeping you happy. Oh NO pets, and the few children we saw were very well behaved. This is a site for rest and peace and quiet…. And OMG it’s quiet. If this is what you want you shouldn’t be disappointed!

A fantastic holiday park with great management (the team there was always at work looking after the space, mowing lawns, fixing anything that wears out or breaks, providing bedding (we had one bed without a duvet) the lovely environment is quiet and peaceful (only broken a bit by our rabble!🫣😆) the caravan we stayed in was clean and tidy and beautifully presented with a lovely outlook straight out over the sea. The little shop on site is also well priced and stocked for the essentials. Can't wait to come back!

5 star recommended! Absolutely lovely park . Very clean and tidy , we stayed at the Bees Knees which is a fantastic little caravan . There's no clubhouse here and you aren't allowed dogs so be mindful when booking . Its very quiet and the beach access is amazing. The shop is a bit limited but the views are fantastic. I highly recommend this site , and in particular the Bees Knees caravan .

I stayed at the holiday park in the Isle of Wight last October for the first time, and it was such a memorable experience. The caravan was warm and cozy with the heater on while light rain was falling outside—it felt so relaxing. The location is amazing with beautiful sea views, and the price was very reasonable. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again
