Bungalow 5 at Fort Spinney is a single-storey property sleeping four, with everything on one level: two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles), a shower room, and an open-plan living and dining space. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a gas hob and electric oven, and there's a washing machine on site. Parking for one car is available, and you can bring one pet with you.

The bungalow sits in Yaverland, close enough to the beach for a short walk. Wildheart Animal Sanctuary is nearby, and the Isle of Wight's fossil-rich cliffs are within reach. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. An enclosed garden with furniture is shared with other properties on the site. Smoking is not permitted.

Perfect location and fitted out with just what you need. The uniqueness of the odd lion roar and the beach literally on your door step makes it perfect for a kids and a family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Fort Spinney. Across the road from the beach, minutes from town and such a comfortable bungalow. Everything was spot on and carefully thought out to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Jo is lovely to deal with and was so kind to us we will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic, very clean and lovely interior, everything you need in the kitchen, spacious bathroom, beds are comfy. The outside area with outdoor dining area was a gem, sat outside about 8.30 pm every day we could hear the lions and monkeys in the zoo next door. The beach is just over the road with clear sea and clean sand, beautiful swimming at 6.30am.
