Yaverland Beach, one of the island's longest stretches of sand, runs along the shore less than 100 metres away. The red sandstone cliffs give way to white chalk at Culver Cliff, and fossil remains can be found along this stretch of coast; Dinosaur Isle, the island's fossil museum, is nearby for a closer look.

The bungalow is single-storey throughout, so everything happens on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a 32-inch Smart TV, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with electric oven and gas hob, two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with two singles) and a shower room with walk-in enclosure. Gas central heating keeps it warm, wi-fi keeps you connected, and bed linen and towels are provided. There's parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden shared with other properties, furnished with tables and chairs.
