St Helens sits on the Isle of Wight's east coast between Bembridge and Seaview, a village built around its greens where sport and community life centre on the year-round play that happens there. The Moorings is a semi-detached house within walking distance of the beach, with views across towards Bembridge Harbour and the RSPB conservation area. Public footpaths crisscross the surrounding countryside, making it natural territory for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. A pub lies within a mile, and the village has a corner shop and restaurant.
The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a zip-and-link king that can split into singles, a double, and a third room with bunk beds. Downstairs there is a lounge with bay window and smart TV, an open-plan kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats six, and a conservatory opening to an enclosed garden. One bathroom and a separate downstairs cloakroom serve the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; gas central heating keeps the place warm. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Parking is on the road outside.
No smoking throughout. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
