We stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom caravan that had everything we needed including a veranda with furniture, it was beautifully clean and very well kept. The park is beautifully clean, with a swimming pool, club house with nightly entertainment, a small shop for convenience, horse riding centre and a pleasant walk to the shingle beach it is in a great location for visiting so many places such as Osbourne house, Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and even though the needles are the other end of the island it’s not hours away, there is so much to see and do on the island it’s a lovely place to visit. If you have never been I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was good. The lodge was everything that we needed and was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony across to Bembridge Harbour was amazing. The entertainment centre has a good restaurant which we used a few times. The rest of it is set up for younger guests - not really anything for adults. Nodes Point is well situated for access to everything on the East end of the island. Only downside - the service vehicles are very noisy first thing in the morning! We were in a lodge next to the road and shop. Electric vehicles?

So from booking, check-in and the lodge we stayed in, was all fantastic. The service when you arrive is amazing and friendly and always with a smile! The staff at every contact point are super helpful and even the guys riding round the grounds doing the up keep give you a smile and helpful guidance if you ask them. The location Nodes point was a really lovely place all in all. You have a beach near by, with the main club house on site for kids and family entertainment. Bill the magician was absolutely top class, really funny and friendly with lots of adult quips in his routines that keep the grown up laughing! The rest of the entertainment team including Adam & Neive were also fantastic, massive thank you from our little ones who had the best time! The food at the boat house is reasonably priced with a good selection for all the family. This is a classic lodge / caravan park but with a really friendly feel and beautiful location. You cannot expect 5 star luxury when visiting a place like this, but this place does come close! It’s truly a worth while visit and the location is great with lots of things to visit and do. The reception staff are really great, needed a slightly later checkout and they were so helpful and friendly, a real credit to Park Dean. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable!

Holiday chalet, pretty basic, tatty In places especially kitchen. Equipment just about adequate. But ant infested - reception provided traps when we complained but overtime we got rid of them in one place they came in another, including flying ants all over bedroom curtains, sheets, carpet. Another major problem was a faulty smoke alarm which was causing our dog to shake in fear, it took them 3 days to sort out. At no point were we offered alternative accommodation. Other irritations - no bathroom bin (they did provide one after we complained), no hoover, windows at back of property were absolutely filthy, festooned with cobwebs. It's advertised as dog-friendly but you can't take your dog to the restaurant. You need an extension lead to use your hairdryer and see in the one mirror but they don't warn you so we didn't bring one. Individual staff have been pleasant enough but that doesn't alter the fact that there has been no sense of urgency in fixing problems. Don't book here!
