Cranny Hill

Kings Lynn and West Norfolk offers quiet countryside within reach of the Norfolk coast. Cranny Hill is a four-bedroom house that sleeps eight, set on its own with an enclosed garden and private parking for four cars. The owners live next door but the property is entirely yours; they're available if you need them, but otherwise leave you alone.

Downstairs has a living room with a smart TV and day bed, plus a kitchen/dining room fitted with an Aga, dishwasher and washing machine, with French doors opening to the garden. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a super king, a zip-and-link that can split into two singles, a standard king, and a bunk room. Two bathrooms serve the house—one with a shower cubicle downstairs, one upstairs with both bath and shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The garden is lawned with patio furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. One dog or cat can stay at no extra charge.

The enclosed garden gives space for children to play or groups to spread out, and nearby walks and cycling routes run through the Norfolk landscape. The Black Swan at Walpole Water Gardens is close by. No smoking inside.
