Harps Hall Barns - Tawny Acre Barn

You arrive at Tawny Acre Barn through electric gates into a private courtyard. Everything unfolds on a single level: one large open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area flows into a separate lounge with a sofa bed and PlayStation 5, while three bedrooms and a shower room sit quietly alongside. Exposed beams and wooden floors run through, balanced against contemporary heating, a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer, and smart televisions. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity come as standard.

The courtyard wraps around the barn with a patio, garden furniture and your own private hot tub. A meadow of about an acre lies beyond (shared with the other barn on-site), good for games and exploring. The setup suits families and groups of friends rather than parties, and there are no stairs to navigate; steps and a pond sit within the wider grounds. Kings Lynn is the nearest town; the North Norfolk coast and its beaches lie about 30 minutes' drive away. Smoking is not permitted inside.
