You enter Ivy Cottage into a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, and to the side a kitchen/dining space equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave. Ground floor also holds one bedroom with two single beds and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have a double bed, served by a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The cottage sleeps six and accommodates one pet.

Built from traditional Carstone, the property sits within the Ingoldisthorpe Hall estate looking over parkland, with an enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. On-site parking fits two cars. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; no smoking indoors.

The North Norfolk Coast unfolds within reach—sandy beaches at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Holkham are three to four miles away. The Peddars Way Trail and Coastal Path run nearby for walking, and quieter lanes offer cycling routes. Titchwell and Snettisham hold RSPB reserves worth visiting. Sandringham Estate and Museum lie four miles south.
