Little Tern

Little Tern comes with the essentials built in: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine all present. A wood burner in the living room works for both atmosphere and warmth on cooler evenings. One dog is welcome at no extra cost, and the enclosed back garden is secure for them to move about.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other with two single beds that zip together into a kingsize on request. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. Downstairs, the living room has a smart TV and opens onto a south-facing garden with patio heater, seating and a barbecue. Parking is on road, and there is bike storage on the property.

The cottage sits in the village of Snettisham, within reach of Sandringham and Kings Lynn. No smoking is permitted inside.
