Sandringham House is a three-bedroom property sleeping six, arranged over two floors with a practical ground-floor layout. On entry, you step into a bright living and dining space that opens onto a private back garden—useful for morning coffee or evening barbecues. The ground floor also contains a double bedroom and shower room, making it straightforward for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath. Parking for two cars sits on site, and one well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
The kitchen is built for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. The heating is gas-fired. A washing machine and tumble dryer mean you can manage laundry without leaving the property.
Heacham village sits on Norfolk's west coast, where The Wash creates rare westward-facing beaches and sunsets over water. The beach itself is close by, drawing families for walks and paddling in shallow water. The village has pubs, tea rooms and local shops. No smoking inside the property.

Attended the First RHS flower show at Sandringham, this years replacement for Hampton Court show. It was much better than the former, better space, better layout. Highly enjoyable time spent walking around the estate as well as the show. Interesting shop well organised takeaway food outlet and a full restaurant all operated by the estate. We will return to explore more in the future

We really enjoyed our trip here. To be in rooms where a family share Christmas is just a nice experience. Beautiful gardens and the Little Church is so quaint!

A superb place to visit in any weather. We’ve been many times when the weather was good but today it poured down. No problem at all. The canopy from the trees gave lots of shelter from the rain. We still got a bit wet but not soaked. The huge woodland walks are divided into yellow and blue trails. One is approx 2.5 miles the other is 3.5 miles ? But you can vary this to suit yourself by wandering through the endless trails through the woods. Go off the beaten path and tarmac and make your own way around. The car park is pay upon exit. Don’t forget to pay before you get into your car or you will cause a queue at the exit. The cafe is always busy and offers tea, coffee and sandwiches. The souvenir shop is first class. Well laid out but a bit pricey if you are a Lidl type of customer. It’s good quality gifts and food products are first class. Like a miniature luxury shop.

Scorching hot day but what a wonderful place to visit. The gardens are beautiful and the house is magnificent. We heard great information from the guides who were all very knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. It is apparent from the way that they explain things that they are passionate about the property and that the same passion is shown by HM The King in the care he is taking of the house, garden and parklands. We had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
