This site is well equipped and spacious. It’s very close to a nice beach with cafes and food huts. But most of all, the people that work/stay on the site are so lovely and helpful. My electric hook up cable wasn’t working, not only did they lend me one, they let me use a fast charging power bank for my phone which had died to let my family know I’d arrived (solo traveller) but they also repaired my own hook up cable. Highly recommend for the people alone.

Went camping with mates over the weekend. We all had an amazing time made even greater by Simon and his owls. He showed great care and dedication to them and allowed us to hold 2 as well as being a great guy in general. This was also reflected by the other staff Nigel and Sacha with all running a great BUISNESS! The location is less than 5 minutes from the sea and a short walk into Heacham. The facilities were very good with hot showers and accessible toilets. Would highly recommend if you want a great time in Heacham or near!

Positives. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nigel welcoming and Chloe helped me fill my water tank, park up and lent me an extension formthe hook up as mine was too short. Nice quiet site. Overlooking a beautiful meadow. Very close to the beach. Hose to clean off the dog. 'Positive criticism' This site could be so much more with not much effort. Please hire a groundsman! To cut the grass, smarten the place up a bit. Everything seems a bit run down. However, I did not see any nails or glass as other reviews have said. Yes there is a knackered old caravan and some farms bits but it didn't effect my stay one bit. Washing up area, toilets and showers were just ok. I didn't feel they were overly clean. That's the only reason I won't be staying again. Just a few tweaks and this place could be the place to go.

We just had a great week here. It was virtually empty at the start of the week, but full and had a great vibe over the late May Bank Holiday weekend. It's one of the best sites I have stayed on. The warden and the team were super friendly and helpful. Despite being full, all the facilities were kept tidy and clean. The beach is a few minutes walk and the sunsets are amazing. We have already booked a return visit.
