The Oyster Catcher
King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Docking is a quiet village on the edge of North Norfolk, with the sandy beaches and nature reserves of the coast just a few miles away. The Oyster Catcher sits here with direct access to the network of country lanes that crisscross the area—ideal terrain for walking and cycling, and within reach of several birdwatching sites. A pub, shop and fish and chip shop are a short walk from the house.
The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two upstairs with zip-and-link beds that convert between super-king and twin configuration, and a third with a single bed plus a pull-out single for a child. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living room opens onto a large enclosed garden with seating and decking, while the kitchen/dining area has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and everything needed to cook proper meals. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge, and there is parking for three cars on site. No smoking inside the property.
The location works for couples, families and groups wanting to explore the North Norfolk coastline, or simply to base themselves somewhere quiet with countryside on the doorstep.
