What visitors say
Amazing location - Beautiful Site - As others have mentioned dated toilet/shower facilities but very clean! Friendly check in. We stayed as a party of two separate motorhomes and we were placed together which was great! We ate at the restaurant next door and had great food (service wasn't the best) but the food was delicious and the views of sunset on the loch were amazing! Great add on to the Isle Of Skye if you are adding it to your NC500 journey!

We arrived and the wardens were speaking to someone else, as soon as it was our turn they went inside their cabin, one of us had to get out and speak to them. Once he directed us to our pitch. We were in two vehicles. We did notify them prior to arrival. The pitches are small, we had a 6 man tent and was squeezed onto the pitch, next to us was a larger pitch with a two - four man tent on. When we arrived we were not told that we couldn't park our other car on the grass. Now looking at the t&Cs it does state this, but we booked this a long time ago and other campsites have had no issues and also didnt see any signage saying this We parked one of the cars on the grass and the male warden come walking over and rudely told us that we couldn't park on the grass and directed us to parking which isnt near to our pitch, as it was raining quite heavily at the time we said we would move the car, get our stuff out and park up, he then told us we'd have to move it now before we did anything and then walked off. I dont think he handled this very well and looking over the reviews, the grass seems to strike a nerve. In the male toilets there are two showers for the whole site and a few toilets, the wifi doesnt reach our pitch and there is next to no signal for 4g/5g coverage. No ball games are allowed, whilst I understand its to protect people's campervans, Grass and ect, its a campsite. I wasnt going to put on my studded boots and ruin the grass. They have said they do not accept responsibility for damages in their t&Cs. As long as you stay off the grass and dont want any fun stay here. The website says its £15 a night with £5 extra for another vehicle yet we paid £30 the math isnt mathing

We spent two nights at Reraig and found it a pleasant, well equipped site nice spaced out pitches, reasonably priced, with electric hookups. Shower and washing up block was spacious. Showers offered plenty of hot water. We also availed ourselves of the on-site food van (Jinty's) which was extremely good value. Would definately come back again if looking for a stopover near Plockton/Kyle of Lochalsh.

Was a decent stay, pitches were decent (although some were quite far from the electric hook ups, our 10m cable wouldnt reach) Only bad thing is that you cant see the water (looks like you can I the photos of it)
