Nice site, friendly owner, 5 flat hardstanding pitchs all with EHU, 1 bog, 1 shower, Indian & Italian restaurant's 2mins walk up the lane, bus stop 2mins walk up lane, Clitheroe one way, Preston & Blackburn tuther way, defo come back, lev nowt behind

Nice inexpensive little site tucked away behind two great restaurants. Stan the owner is pleasant and helpful. The site has two carp fishing ponds. We have stayed here several times and will return

Easy stopover on route up North. Has what you need and some fishing lakes if you like course fishing. Mr Anderson is very friendly and accommodating, found us a space at short notice for a reasonable price. There is a good Indian restaurant at the top of the road/ entrance to the site - also an Italian that we didn't try. We had a takeaway from the Indian as we have a dog and it was very good. There is a Gents and Ladies WC and a shared shower in a small unheated block....a little walk from the CL field. It's basic but clean and dry. There isn't much in the way of pretty walks from site and we weren't there long enough to explore the local area but it is a useful stopover point if travelling North/South.
