Quiet caravan site, excellent loo/shower block with washing machine. Right near garden centre and golf club, as well as the Condor Green/Glasson Docks trails straight from the campsite (if you're in a wheelchair, you'd need to drive to the Condor Green carpark to access trail - car park is £1 per day). Great, quiet site to stay whilst exploring Morecambe, Lancaster and Garstang...

had a great 2 night stay very quiet and peaceful lots of wildlife and birds around. facilities block is modern, clean and warm. only a 5 minute walk to the garden center with a lovely cafe. lovely walking routes to the river for more scenery

Fantastic place to stop over for the night. Huge fully serviced pitches, lovely walk to the river for the dogs and a visit from the ice cream van!

First time I went it was well maintained but the last time the ground was a mud bath and the grass needed cutting and the hard stands needed some maintenance. Just needs some maintenance putting in to bring it back up to standard.
