Seven Sisters House is a three-bedroom property in Seaford, sleeping up to six guests. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, another a double bed measuring 4ft 6in, and the third contains two single beds. There are two bathrooms: an upstairs family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and a ground floor shower room with a walk-in enclosure. An electric car charging point and parking for two vehicles are available on site.

The ground floor centres on a kitchen and dining room where all six can eat together, fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and other essentials for self-catering. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is separate. French doors from the living room lead into a conservatory that overlooks the enclosed back garden, which has a sitting-out area; there are ten steps down to the garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are provided. The property is no smoking.

Seaford's pebble beach and promenade are within walking distance, with independent cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. The location suits families or groups wanting a coastal base without being town-centre bound.
