If you’re looking for a relaxing break. With seven different lakes to explore, The lodges are brand new and feel really high-end; it used to be an exclusive owner-only park, but they’ve recently started letting them out, so everything is still in pristine condition. The restaurant is brilliant and all the staff are top-notch. It’s the perfect spot to grab a pint on the balcony, look over the water, and just relax. Definitely a brilliant getaway if you want peace, quiet, and great facilities.

Nice enough place. Could do with somewhere to let the dogs play off lead to burn some energy. Accommodation spot on although the caravans are placed too close together. Seems to have plenty of facilities to cater for a variety of things. Close enough to local amenities. If you like water sports this is the place for you.

Lovely relaxing week by a lake with a deck to fish from the van. Lovely walks around the whole camp, the bar is lovely for an early evening drink watching the sun go down across the water

We genuinely love Unity Seven Lakes and have visited several times. It is a beautiful, peaceful place with lovely lakes and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s somewhere we’ve always enjoyed coming to, and the site itself deserves a lot of praise. Sadly, this visit was overshadowed by an encounter with the fishing bailiff, Nick Grant. We were approached in what we felt was an unnecessarily confrontational and intimidating manner regarding our rods, despite us being stood right beside them. We fully appreciate that rules need enforcing, but there is a respectful way to speak to people, and unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. What disappointed us further was that, later, our caravan neighbours told us they had overheard our interaction being discussed in the pub in a way that they felt didn’t accurately reflect what had happened. They told us they corrected the account because they had witnessed the incident themselves. I obviously can’t comment on conversations I didn’t personally hear, but it was upsetting to hear this afterwards. As renters, we were also left with the impression that some long-term owners are treated differently, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. I hope management ensure that all guests—whether owners or renters—are treated with the same courtesy and respect. And for the owners who do rent out their caravans, I hope this man doesn’t speak to your guests in the manner we were spoken to, as this could cost you future guests. What was equally disappointing was seeing several owners rally behind Nick despite not being present when the incident occurred. Those who actually witnessed the interaction supported our version of events, but many of his owners, were quick to defend him regardless. It gave the impression that some people were more interested in protecting one of their own than considering what had actually happened. Having spoken to the office it was made clear that this wasn’t an isolated incident regarding him. Despite this, the park itself is fantastic, and we would happily return because the location and facilities are excellent. I just hope future visitors receive the warm, professional welcome that such a lovely place deserves.
