Premier Inn Lisburn

Another great stay here. The hotel is really good value and the rooms are warm and comfortable. The bar is cosy, though it could use a little attention to bring it fully in line with the upgraded rooms. The WiFi coverage and speed could also do with being improved. The food is excellent, the meal deal is great value, and a special call‑out for the Big Stack Burger with upgraded Katsu curry topped chips, absolutely delicious. The cooked breakfast is also a standout; you can list exactly what you want, and it arrives fresh and perfectly cooked. Free parking is a big bonus, and the location is ideal for shopping. A huge thank you to the team Olivia, Ryan, Elina, Tia, Jack, Jane, Suzanne, Sarah, and Natalie (apologies if I’ve missed anyone). They are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and it’s clear they’re doing an amazing job with the resources they have. Housekeeping also deserve real credit — the rooms and communal areas are kept spotless, and their hard work really shows. Our next stay is already booked.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was seamless, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful local tips with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find a team that feels this attentive and friendly. The food was another highlight of the trip. I had The evening meal was another level the was hot fresh& and good to eat. the unlimited breakfast, which was fresh, hot, and offered a great variety of options—definitely the best way to start the day. I also ate at the restaurant in the evening; the service was quick, and the meal was delicious and very well-priced. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay where the team actually cares about your experience, I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning! They so many names I can't remember them all please make the badge names bigger so we can see them im talking every one was blood brilliant We her all week food great Room 219 thank you

The staff are friendly but over worked , too much to do. Stayed 2 nights but no change of towels, i had to ask reception who were helpful and sorted it quickly. Food is slow coming out in the restaurant and the staff really struggled with the work load. Had to wait to sit down for breakfast on the last morning.

Title: Warm welcome, great value, and a very comfortable stay in room 219 jane very nice lady thank yoh I had a really pleasant stay at this Premier Inn and would happily book here again. From the moment I arrived, the team at reception made a great impression—friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to help. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were more than willing to answer questions and share recommendations about the local area. The food was another big plus. I opted for the unlimited breakfast, which had plenty of choice and everything was well prepared and regularly topped up. It was a great start to the morning. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and was impressed with both the quality of the meal and the reasonable prices. Overall, the hotel delivered exactly what you want from a stay: a comfortable room, good food, and a team that clearly cares about guest experience.
