Lovely place.lovely room too but a little small. Great breakfast & hardworking waitresses. Hot breakfast to order, cooked to perfection. Location was perfect. Spotless. Parking in driveway or along the road outside this house.

Was a great stay, lovely owners and staff. Room was nice and cozy, breakfast was lush had cooked breakfast once and French toast twice. Looking forward to coming back 😀💃🏾

Yummy breakfast in a beautiful room with a lot of sun light. We had a very relaxed morning. Also, they offer some choices of breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. Having a patio outside of our room was a bonus although the room was a bit smaller size (it was OK, I would not say it was small). Laundry service 2 min from the property. Lisburn is approx. 15 min away (by car) from Belfast and was reasonably priced. When I was searching a place to stay, I found Overdale Motel looked much better than other properties in Belfast. I highlt recommend those who are driving to stay. Parking was just right size for all the guests. When we stayed, one guest did not do a good job and felt really tight.

Love coming here. Susan has always been very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The beds are a little small (we are used to a kingsize) but very comfortable. The guest lounge is great! The breakfast is very good and the menu has a lot of choice. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.
