Well the room is fantastic spacious and wholly beautiful. Beds are comfortable and cosy. Meet David and had a a wonderful conversation about anything and everything. I plan to watch a match here in the near future. I would definitely stay here for a night or two.

Fabulous hotel lovely room. Great bar a big thank you to David excellent host great polite helpful very highly rated great customer service. Made us so welcome went above and aboard. We always return to this hotel when we come to visit Liverpool great location.

Staff were very friendly, room was great, lovely ensuite. I found the bed very comfy, partner thought it was a bit soft. The only reason I've knocked a few stars off is because the hotel next door is very noisy. If you were just here for a match it wouldn't be an issue, but not ideal for us as we had to get up really early next day. Next door have a beer garden at the front, where the family room is in Hotel Anfield. (Suite 6) This means until 11pm there's music playing, and people socialising until later than that so not a chance of sleeping, which doesn't suit kids. We couldn't get the window to close, which might have helped with the noise. There's also a fairly bright fire exit sign in the room which makes the room a bit too light overnight. There's a kettle in the room for tea/coffee, more downstairs in the bar if you run out. Couldn't fault it for a budget option right next to the ground.

Really enjoyed this place on match day but they seriously need to get Bar under control when it's extremely busy. They could have sold loads more drink if bar was properly organised. Super slow service in back tent bar.
