About Argoed Farm Holidays

Tucked into the countryside just outside Llanbedr, Argoed Farm Holidays offers a peaceful base for exploring Snowdonia's dramatic landscapes and the nearby Cardigan Bay coast. The site welcomes dogs and provides electric hook-ups, decent shower facilities, and WiFi — the essentials done well without unnecessary frills. Families find it reliably friendly, and the location strikes a nice balance between tranquil and accessible.

Worth noting there's no chemical disposal point on site, which might catch out some tourers, but otherwise it's a straightforward, well-kept spot that does exactly what it sets out to do. Perfect if you're after somewhere unpretentious to return to after days spent climbing Harlech's castle ramparts or walking the dunes at Shell Island.

Site is fantastic pitches are on slate fantastic view. Drive over grass to get to pitch which had a slight slope to it and not sure if could be a problem when wet. Electric is on metre and shower is coin operated.

Absolutely beautiful place, lovely holiday properties in a great location. A credit to the owners, who are equally as lovely. Our daughter, a full-time wheelchair user, stayed with us. She had no problems accessing the property, the ground floor wet room and bedroom were perfect for her. Update from our latest visit. Still as lovely as ever. A freshen up in the wet room has made it even better. Book for our next stay already.

We have just had a 3 night stay in our tourer on the campsite. What a lovely site. The pitches are a good size, with electric, own watertap and a good hard standing with grass to the side. The pitches have spectacular views over the estuary and Shell Island. There are 2 shower rooms, each having a shower, toilet and washbasin. The showers are on a coin meter, which cost £1 for 6 minutes. I found it get everything ready in shower room, then put coin in meter, the 6 minutes were plenty. In the same building were another 2 toilets and washbasins. Also a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a freezer to use. All of these were spotlessly clean. There isnt any wifi, but we had a good phone signal so wasnt a problem. The owners Sara and Eurig were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend 👌. Thankyou for a lovely stay 😊

We stayed on the farms caravan and campervan site. It's got great views in multiple directions. All but one of the pitches are hard standing and all of them have mains water hook-up and electricity, which is always nice not to have to keep filling up the water all the time. There are multiple walks straight from the campsite if you don't want to venture too far. The owners are really friendly and helpful and are really nice to talk to. All in all a lovely site situated in a great spot with great views.
