What visitors say
Always good to get out into nature and hang out with some birds (at a safe distance of course). Entry fee is reasonable (even free for some people eg age 16-24) and they have binoculars to hire or buy. If you're going in this heat you absolutely need to bring a water bottle but also there's a cafe with very good air con!

Lovely spot with gorgeous views. Great knowledgeable staff. A little noisy near the main road on one side but didnt spoil the birdwatching.

Mostly still excellent place to visit. One lagoon no longer having water, and no bird feeders up at all, but certainly changed over the years since my last visit. Went to see a rare Reef Heron and the staff are absolutely amazing as it was good to see how they were directing people to see the heron and keeping the viewings of it fair for everyone.

Mature RSPB reserve well established after building Conway tunnel. I’m a member which helps. Extensive area, with hides and variety of wildfowl. Orchids flower, marsh orchids, common spotted orchids, bee orchids, pyramidal orchids. Extensive RSPB SHOP & cafe. Large car park
