Charlie was brilliant throughout our experience. Brilliant customer service from the very beginning. Great communication throughout by email and phone, did what he said he would do (our own video of the car before the test drive) kept me updated on the car (prepared, valeted and ready to test drive) we were coming from some distance away, so he made sure we had a coffee / tea on arrival. No pressure with any of the documentation, let us take the car on our test drive without him but offered support, then when we came back to complete the deal, he explained everything carefully, went through all the different options / extras and came back with a fair price around what we wanted to pay. No hard sell. He was calm and laid back. Credit to BYD. Our first BYD.

Cherise and Dermot were exceeding helpful and went above and beyond to assist in the leasing of our vehicle. Even providing a courtesy car when the agreed delivery date was delayed a couple of days.

I had a fantastic experience picking up my BYD, and Cherise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Her knowledge of the car was excellent, and she made sure I was comfortable with all the features before I drove away.
