Maes Dolau Caravan Park
Maes dolau farm, Bryn Lupus Rd, Llanrhos, Llandudno LL30 1SR, UK
Rural touring and static park two miles from Llandudno, with shepherd's hut glamping
About Maes Dolau Caravan Park
Tucked into rural North Wales just two miles from Llandudno's promenade, Maes Dolau offers a quieter alternative to the busier coastal parks while keeping the Great Orme and town beaches within easy reach. The site runs mainly as a static caravan park, but also welcomes tourers on electric hardstanding pitches and offers a handful of ensuite shepherd's huts with private decking for those after a touch more comfort. Large green spaces give the place a relaxed, uncrowded feel, and dogs are welcome throughout.
Facilities cover the basics—showers, toilets, laundry, Wi-Fi points and dog walking areas—with a warden on site and office hours that run from 9.30am to 1.30pm daily. The season kicks off on 1st March, a little later than some nearby parks. It's a practical choice if you want a caravan or hut base close to Llandudno without committing to a longer drive out towards Abergele or deeper into the Conwy Valley.

What visitors say
We stayed 2 nights on the large motorhome pitch. We parked facing the garden and field which was lovely. The field is public and great for dog walks. Very helpful and friendly staff on site. Toilets, shower and laundry all very clean and nice.\\nGreat location to surrounding areas such as Conwy and Llandudno by bus or driving.

Found this beautiful site by chance and what a little gem. Got there very late in the day and was so grateful that H had one spot that he let us have as we needed hook up. H was helpful, letting us know where was nice to grab a bite to eat for our anniversary. All facilities available. Washing machine, tumble dryers and hot showers that weren't on a timer, proper showers. Beautiful views and a short drive to Llandudno. Thanks H for a great stay. We'll be back.

This was our maiden voyage to Maes Dolau with our new caravan we was made very welcome. Everywhere is clean and well looked after, it’s located close to Llandudno and Conway and is very peaceful and has lovely views, the pitch we had was perfect which was fully serviced, Mick even parked the caravan for us and was full of great advise for me as a novice caravaner.\\n\\nKelly made booking the site really easy I think kelly is more for solutions than problems, thanks kelly for all your communication before we came down I will be booking again and hopefully see you again this year.\\n\\nLee and Sarah
