We’ve just enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel. Our bay window room was lovely, bright and spotlessly clean. We had lovely views of the sea, Little Orme and Great Orme. The owner Howard was great telling us good places to visit and eat. He was brilliant on our last morning there, preparing our breakfast early so that we could eat it before catching our train home. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you to Howard and all who work at the hotel.

Stayed here with my Mum recently. Great location in Llandudno. We had a wonderful stay, it was a really lovely room which was spotlessly clean, breakfast was great and we got exactly what we pre-ordered the night before. Will be coming back again in the future, would highly recommend! :)

Just stayed for 3 nights with the wife,sea view room was spotless, massive in size with king size bed, very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely,and plenty of various choices,you only had to ask Howard,and nothing was to much trouble. Free parking on road a bonus. This is 5* in my book.Would highly recommend to anyone. Stayed here weekend just gone room was lovely well presented very clean great location just a 10 min stroll down to the peer breakfast was lovely and the owners there's nothing to mutch trouble for them great sea view Must apologise I mistakenly took there tea spoon it was in my tablet bag when I got home enjoyed the stay and a credit to the owners for makeing the stay it's not often you get what it says on the tin but you won't be disappointed here thank you
