About Pebble House

Llandudno's promenade is known for its long curving seafront and views across to the surrounding hills, and it's on a quiet stretch of this that Pebble House makes its home at 7 Craig-y-don Parade. This adults-only B&B has nine en-suite rooms, each fitted with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, kept to a spotless standard throughout.

Mornings start with a generous breakfast, with a full English alongside cereals, fruit and yogurts, and enough choice to suit most tastes. Guests have use of free WiFi, outdoor seating, luggage storage and round-the-clock reception, and the location gives both sea views and mountain views depending on which way you look. Free on-site parking is available, a welcome bonus given the popularity of Llandudno's seafront in season.

The setting suits those who want to be near the promenade without the noise of the busier hotels, and the staff are noted for being warm and attentive. Nearby, the Summit Complex offers a point of interest, while golf, fishing, cycling, walking and watersports are all within easy reach, along with a choice of pubs, restaurants and entertainment for the evening.

Simon and Emma have built a gem of a guest house here. The service is so personal, from the handwritten welcome card, to the personal greeting and the hamper in our room with well thought out bits and pieces including earplugs. Every detail has been thought of. Simon and Emma were so responsive and took care of any and all of our needs. The fact this guest house has a water fountain is so convenient and next level. The thing that makes this guest house stand out is the breakfast!! The breakfast is personalised to exactly what you request and beautifully presented in an artisan style. Never seen breakfast managed in this way and I believe it makes this guest house truly stand out. It feels so personal and the whole experience was relaxing. The only negative is that the shower water did go cold on one occasion. All in all exceptional experience in a fantastic location! Guest information in the room was also much appreciated with all the walking maps etc. Cant praise emma and simon enough. Thank you!!!!!

This is a really quirky b&b. It is fantastic. We had a budget room. It was a small room with a shower and toilet room. The quirk comes with the fact that everything is premium. The bed. Super comfy. The bedding and towels. Premium. Breakfast. Superb ingredients cooked perfectly. The quirk. You fill in a form the night before saying what you want the following day and it's waiting for you at 9 the following morning. The owners are customer focused and very approachable even though they are raising a young family. This is a B&B diamond. We recommend this place without reservation and absolutely brilliant find.

Stayed here recently and had a really lovely experience overall. The location is fantastic—right on the beachfront, which made morning walks and the views absolutely worth it. It’s also only about a 10-minute walk to the pier, so everything is easily accessible without needing to drive. The owners are very welcoming and clearly take pride in running a family-friendly place. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well-kept, with an en-suite that had everything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight—good variety on the menu and everything was fresh and well prepared, a great start to the day. The only minor downside was that the bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it didn’t impact our stay in any significant way. Overall, a great stay in a perfect location. Would definitely come back again.
