Guest house hotel also includes mini coffee shack and coffee grind house specializing in all of drinks, teas, coffee, expressos, flavored matchas and fruit blended smoothies. We’ve started to choose B&B’s over hotel stays and it’s been a great choice. This B&B is in a terrific location. Walkable to everywhere in Derry. Great breakfast. They make you feel like family here. I’d never consider staying anywhere else for our next visit to this great city. PS wife gave this place 2 thumbs up…because the bed had a top sheet!
