Adults-only touring and glamping in the Corvedale, six miles from Ludlow
About Greenway Touring and Glamping Park
Greenway Touring and Glamping Park occupies a peaceful corner of the Corvedale valley near Shawbank, six miles north of Ludlow beneath the wooded ridge of Wenlock Edge. As an adults-only site it attracts couples and older campers seeking a calm base for walking and exploring the Shropshire Hills, with well-maintained hardstanding pitches offering 6 or 10 amp electric hook-ups and a handful of glamping pods for those travelling lighter. The facilities are straightforward—free hot showers, clean toilet blocks—and dogs are welcome throughout.
The location suits both car-based tourers and those using Craven Arms station a few minutes away, with Stokesay Castle, Ludlow's medieval streets and the Long Mynd all within easy reach. Reviewers consistently praise the quiet setting and helpful owners, though some note the site can feel a little tired in places. It's a solid, no-frills choice for those who prioritise countryside access and a peaceful pitch over entertainment or extensive on-site facilities.

What visitors say
Beautiful campsite, we came for the weekend and brought our puppy. The cabin was a lovely size and had plenty of space. The bed was really comfy and the fridge was handy. Toilets and showers are really clean and the showers are great! The campsite is lovely to just sit chill listen to the birds and watch the sunset. Jane and Brian are super helpful and friendly we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the recommendation to go to Charlton Arms pub gorgeous food and views!

Beautiful rural site with lovely views. Generous pitch sizes. Jane was very friendly and helpful. We found Brian to be very aloof, he didnt even acknowledge us when we said hello as he was on his ride on lawnmower cutting the grass all day for the 2 days we were there! Nice and clean with plenty of showers/toilets. Herb garden a nice little touch as was the washing up liquid in the 4 sink pot wash area. Place for recycling and free wi-fi always a bonus. No dog walking area on site but a nice 1 hr circular dog walk off site along public footpaths. Not the sites fault at all but worth noting some road noise and LOTS of flies which were very irritating when sitting next to the van. Adult only.

Lovely glamping spot! Very peaceful and quiet! Perfect if you're in need of a quiet get away! Definitely try to go when there's a clear sky as you'll see so many stars! The site is owned by the most loveliest people! 10/10 would stay again!

Went here camping (2 Middle Aged Adults) for a week site is lovely and peaceful at night, daytime owner treats you like a child.. caught going round our hot tent whilst we were out (caught him upon our return), saying our hot tent can't be legal if got a fire inside, then said he wouldn't let another hot tent stay there again.. made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable as would keep come round on his go kart on daily basis
