About Fishmore Hall

Fishmore Hall occupies an eighteenth-century Georgian house set in its own grounds just north of Ludlow, a few minutes' drive from the castle and market square. The property has been renovated into a boutique country house hotel, pairing period features with a contemporary spa and wellness offering that is unusual for a town of Ludlow's size.

Bedrooms range from Standard rooms with king beds through to Executive and Luxury rooms with more expansive layouts, all finished to a boutique rather than traditional country-house standard. The hotel runs two restaurants and a bar, giving guests options for a relaxed dinner or something more formal without leaving the grounds.

Free parking, free WiFi and dog-friendly rooms make Fishmore Hall a practical base for exploring the Marches as well as Ludlow itself, with the town's food festival, castle and walking routes all within easy reach.

Location was Great close to the Town Centre and Easy Access. Room was OK but Quite noisy Bathroom with Fan and Floors Slippery after getting out of the shower. Breakfast was excellent Cooking, fresh. Used the Spa facilities but was very much, worth the Extra 15 pound. Views of Country side with Beautiful Jaquazzis and wet steam room, saunas. Bow the lady working there was very welcoming and Professional. Would Recommend this Hotel in Ludlow. Town Centre was also a positive Experience with nice ,locals and Businesses.

Not quite up to our expectations. Rooms were excellent with a large bed and luxury bathroom. No air conditioning and it was very very hot on arrival.!! Website hasn't been updated and clearly they are not part of the Saram group with an a la carte aa star restaurant. Just a bistro with limited stock. No gin and limited wine! AND one poor girl having to multi task.Which she did very well! Our food for the evening was ok and reasonably priced but could have been better. Whoever has taken over this hotel I wish them success in achieving a better overall service. It's a beautiful large house with a garden in a poor state, but great location with a spa.

Stayed for my husbands birthday treat. Spent a morning in the spa which was fabulous. Nice outdoor hot tub, lovely massages. Had Sunday lunch in the dining hall and it was amazing. Beautiful roast dinner and lovely apricot cheesecake to follow. We stayed overnight in Room 1 which was huge. Separate lounge area, large bedroom and massive bathroom with walk in shower. We had breakfast which was plentiful, freshly cooked full English which was more than ample. We didn’t have room for the cereals, toast and croissants that were available along with fresh fruit. Staff were attentive and polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to our next stay.

Such a lovely day at the spa. The lady on Reception was really kind and helpful when the road was closed both ways unexpectedly. Lucy did the most wonderful massage, I left feeling very relaxed, lots of use of the facilities and a lovely peppermint tea.
